Florida SB 1134 – DEI Compliance Effective January 1, 2027, Florida Senate Bill 1134 establishes restrictions on certain DEI activities involving local governments. This training explains how to maintain lawful workplace training focused on equal employment opportunity and nondiscrimination while avoiding materials that promote preferential treatment or special benefits based on protected characteristics.
